MrBeast ignores new lawsuit as he promotes latest product with controversial business partners

MrBeast’s legal woes haven’t stopped him from powering through with a new business venture.

He announced that he’s linking up with controversial YouTubers, Logan Paul and KSI, with a new product. “MEET THE ULTIMATE LUNCH EXPERIENCE…@lunchly,” he wrote on Instagram. The collaboration features a combination of other products owned by each of the business partners. “Featuring @drinkprime Hydration, @feastables Chocolate & THE PIZZA, TURKEY STACK ‘EMS, or FIESTA NACHOS — you’ll never have a boring lunch again.”

The product, the content creators revealed, is meant to rival a traditional Lunchable. The information comes as MrBeast, otherwise known as Jimmy Donaldson, found his company tied up with Amazon with both the entities being hit with a lawsuit over their collaborative project on a reality TV competition.

The Mirror obtained court papers that accuse the internet celebrity’s company of grossly mistreating and ignoring the needs of over a thousand game participants.

One participant, dubbed “Contestant 5” in the legal documents, told The Mirror: “I wanted to join because I was a fan of MrBeast and his videos made me smile during the COVID-19 pandemic. I expected to be challenged, but I didn’t think I would be treated like nothing less than nothing. And as one of the women, I can say it absolutely felt like a hostile environment for us. We honestly could not have been respected less as people, much less employees if they tried.”

A spokesperson for the aggrieved parties’ legal team acknowledged to The Mirror that those who signed up for the intense contest knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Yet, they insist the true conditions were shockingly worse than anyone bargained for. The suit alleges competitors suffered injuries and are still grappling with ongoing physical and emotional sequelae due to purported neglect, including the denial of essentials like food, sleep, proper sanitation, and medical care.

The lawsuit also entangles allegations of sexual harassment, details of which remain under wraps to maintain the confidentiality agreed upon by the parties involved, as well as protecting their personal privacy. Highlighted within the suit’s documentation is a supposed “How to Succeed in MrBeast Production” guide given to staff members.

The manual reportedly states: “If talent wants to draw a dick on the white board in the video or do something stupid, let them… Really do everything you can to empower the boys when filming and help them make content. Help them be idiots.”

A representative for MrBeast declined to comment on the recent legal action.
