There’s nothing like curling up with a good book – whether it’s in front of a roaring fire at home or on the sun lounger on your summer holidays. And 2024 has been another great year for new releases across every genre.
Whether you’re into romance, fantasy, crime thrillers or historical fiction, there’s been something for readers of all tastes to enjoy. There’s sure to be plenty more released in the busy run-up to Christmas but for now, we’ve taken a look at the most popular books of the year so far.
Book reviews site Goodreads reckons these are readers’ favourites of 2024 up to September, including titles from much-loved authors like Emily Henry, Sarah J. Maas. There’s also two from the writer of the hugely popular Housemaid series, Freida McFadden.
