Local author Floree Whyte and Moon Dancer Books recently released the Tete’s Butterfly, a twisting, suspenseful, story for readers aged seven to 12 years old.
This delightful new addition is Whyte’s fifth publication and third children’s book, and promises to take young readers on a captivating journey filled with mystery, friendship and adventure.
The book chronicles the adventures of Tamara and her Grandma Rose as they embark on a journey to find Tamara’s lost friend, Emma.
On the weekend, Tete’s Butterfly was launched locally with a book signing at Best of Books.
“I am extremely excited to share ‘Tete’s Butterfly’ with all the children who will read it. ”I have never written a mystery book before, so it was quite a challenge and I am so proud of this publication. I would like to thank my illustrator Akeile Benjamin a young, talented, local creative and my editor Joanne Hillhouse,” the author and publisher said.
