Californians will decide on a proposition this November that would scale back some of Proposition 47, a 2014 voter-approved measure that reduced penalties for certain theft and drug offenses. What is one way the federal government could help states like California balance criminal justice reform with enforcing the law? NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents are tired of suffering from retail store plastic security door security devices due to smash & grab crimes promulgated by DA Gascone lax law enforcement. Worse yet, we are tired of store closings due to retail theft. The $900 minimum theft law must be repealed immediately. Recent efforts to expand the federal deduction for state and local taxes, called SALT, have failed. What changes would you like to see, if any, to SALT? (Please keep your answer to 200 words or less.)
NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents are taxed enough already. CA State has the highest taxes in the country, resulting in the highest prices, like $6.00 for eggs and $6.00 for gas. The solution to excess taxation is STOP THE SPENDING! And stop legislating every little thing everybody does. We need less laws not more fees. Making more items tax deductible does NOT reduce the taxes paid. With the highest poverty rate in the country, CA42 residents don’t need more deductions (SALT, etc.); we need lower taxes. President Joe Biden has called for an overhaul of the U.S. Supreme Court, including mandatory ethics rules. What reforms, if any, do you believe the Supreme Court needs, and how would they be enforced? (Please be specific with your proposal, and keep your answer to 250 words or less.)
NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents need less Joe (Jill) Biden calls for overhaul and more action to reduce federal interference in local jurisdictions. Joe (Jill) Biden has no capacity to overhaul anything in is incapacitated state, let alone the Supreme Court of the United States! There are three coequal branches US Government (1) Legislative, (2) Executive, (3) Judicial. Each branch is separate and independent from the other. Joe (Jill)Biden have no legal capacity to impose rules of conduct on the SCOTUS. The fact is, the Supremes have already written and agreed to a new ethics statement. NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents vary in age and capacity from age 16 legally allowed to register to vote up to 100 when venerated, honored, and cherished. There is no magic age of incapacity as evidenced by the reduced Joe (Jill) Biden versus his invigorated opponent. Debates, press conferences, and impromptu speaking events can give the voting public a view of presidential capacity. Staying in the basement for an entire election term as before and currently hiding from any press interaction by candidates is not the way for the public to learn about their choices. NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents want access to fertility options in the face of fertility problems. It is not the responsibility of the rest of the district to pay for the individual fertility problems of one woman. It is not the responsibility of the insurance company to be forced to provide added bonus services to one woman at the expense of the other insureds. The Republican Party’s platform, following the summer convention, calls for the “largest deportation effort in American history.” Is this something you support? NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents cannot sustain or support the 18 million illegal alien invasion. CA42 residents cannot suffer any more than the already existing 200,000 dead youth from fentanyl drug overdoses. CA42 residents will not countenance continued child sex trafficking. Asylum aliens are NOT undocumented! At the time of border asylum apprehension and processing, they are fingerprinted, photographed, and name-identified before being released into the US with a request to appear in seven years before a judge, where 90% are sent back to their Country of Origin. NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents cannot live with the 30% Harris-Biden inflation from their trillion-dollar spending sprees. Anybody who did not get a 30% raise in the past three years has lost money just like a pay cut = Thank You Harris-Biden! The US must start producing energy again like the previous administration advocated. The US must STOP the spending spree and stop borrowing from China. CA42 residents are competing with the 18 million illegal alien invasion for housing both rental and ownership. A productive and growing economy like we experienced six years ago provides the tide that raises all boats with the highest employment ever for Black, Hispanic, and other minority communities. NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents need local law enforcement to actually enforce the laws on the books today. It is illegal to be under the influence (alcohol & THC) on public property making most homeless folks sleeping, living, and passed out on sidewalks, alleys, and public parks in violation. Police must stop and test for intoxication with immediate adjudication: (1) jail time, (2) fine, (3) sobriety rehab. The second offense removes option (3). It is illegal to be mentally ill and a harm to oneself. Full-service mental health assessment and services must be provided to homeless vagrants living on public property. The Guv found himself the subject of a meme he could not control, censor, or eliminate so he sought legislative help to quash sarcastic humor. Yup. That’s the Harris & Newsom solution to criticism: throw the baby out with the water! Slander and libel law is clear and well adjudicated. Long Beach Harbor Commission has failed to invest in improvements to make Long Beach competitive with Panama Canal shipping to Houston and New York. Instead, they fiddle & fool around with electric trucks and fail to use the Harbor to Commerce rail line to transport freight. LB Harbor must borrow money from the US government to build efficiency and cost reduction to bring back revenue, jobs, and prosperity. Es Uno de Nosotros,…..YOUR Family Man.

NO NEW TAXES…..BASTA! CA42 residents need groceries that don’t go up in price 30% in just three years. CA42 residents need more jobs and better wages to deal with the Harris-Biden inflation. The only federal climate policy of any consequence would be extending private single-family home solar panel installation tax credits to multi-family buildings. Current law makes it unprofitable for an apartment building owner to install solar panels when the building has separate meters for each unit. There are many square miles of root tops available for solar panels but no reason for landlords to install. Es Uno de Nosotros,…..YOUR Family Man.
