WEST BEND — The West Bend School District (WBSD) announced on Monday that several students from West Bend East and West high schools and Badger Middle School who took the High School of Business program’s exams on business knowledge earned top scores.
According to the release, the High School of Business program is used in the Business and Information Technology classes of the Career and Technical Education Department of the high schools and Badger. The program allows students to complete real, hands-on business projects, participate in observational internships and earn college credit.
Part of the program is also taking exams that test the students knowledge on leadership, principles of business, business economics, principles of finance, principles of marketing, principles of management and business strategies.
According to the release, WBSD students to earn a top scores on the exams include:
