WMArchitect™ single-use solutions will be on display following the launch earlier this year. In addition, a range of specialised peristaltic pumps and critical fluid path technologies from WMFTS for scalable drug bioprocess and small-batch drug product fill/finish applications will be showcased, such as the Flexicon PF7+.
This benchtop peristaltic dispensing pump is developed for accurate and reliable manual filling of sensitive fluids in GMP production and cleanroom environments.
Aligning with the ethos of delivering end-to-end fluid management solutions to customers, WMFTS will also display a range of Aflex Hose solutions. Bioflex Ultra and Pharmaline provide easy-to-clean, kink and chemical-resistant fluid transfer solutions, which minimises downtime costs and increases reliability.
Solutions on display at PACK EXPO International include:
- WMArchitect™, an end-to-end biopharmaceutical fluid management solution from a single supplier. WMArchitect single-use solutions is designed to offer both standard, ready-to-use single-use assemblies as well as customized designs that are fully supported with tailored validation packages. WMArchitect will streamline a process, safeguard product, reduce regulatory burden and resolve challenges for end-to-end, single-use fluid path management.
- DriveSure™ has been advanced with the latest technology to offer a complete peristaltic panel mount pump solution for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The cool, quiet and compact design makes DriveSure suitable for the demands of laboratories, cleanrooms, hospitals and process environments. As a tested and certified OEM product, DriveSure provides greater supply chain confidence.
- The Flexicon FPC50 is a highly flexible aseptic filling system with integrated, full or partial stoppering and option of roller or crimp closure for vial capping. It provides a ready-to-use and easy-to-validate filling system for small batch production of vial sizes between 2R and 100H.
- Flexicon PF7+ is a benchtop peristaltic dispensing pump developed for accurate and reliable manual filling of sensitive fluids in GMP production and cleanroom environments. The closed fluid path removes any risk of cross-contamination, making the PF7+ ideal for aseptic filling.
- The Flexicon Flexfeed 15 (FF15) is a rotary vial/bottle handling system designed for use with Flexicon’s liquid filling systems. It can deliver up to 2,000 fills per hour. Liquids can be filled automatically in volumes from less than 0.2 mL to approximately 100 mL.
- The Flexicon FC10 table-top screw capping machine for small bottles with screw caps (maximum bottle diameter 55 mm and height 180 mm). It is an ideal solution for the production of small batches.

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions
About us
Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) peristaltic tube and hose pumps meet requirements including: value for money; low cost of ownership; reliability and ease of maintenance to the food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and many other industries.
We demonstrate how pumps deliver significant process efficiencies over the lifetime of the equipment. Whether performing flavouring addition in food processing, chemical metering in water treatment or mineral recovery, we have a solution which can cut pump downtime and reduce costs through higher accuracy metering and transfer. WMFTG has dedicated application engineers available to help customers make the right pump and tubing choice from a range providing microlitres per minute to 80 cubic metres per hour flow rates.
The only part of the pump to come into contact with the product is the tube or hose. This means there are no seals or valves that can wear or fail. Replacing the tube or hose can be performed quickly and safely. Peristaltic pump benefits include:
Total fluid containment with no seals No ancillaries Handle viscous and abrasive slurries and sludge Self-priming capability Dry running without damage to the pump In addition to their range of positive displacement pumps, Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group has added PTFE-lined chemical and industrial hoses to their range. Aflex hoses are reinforced to withstand the most severe conditions and use.
