Starting today, a 33-member delegation from the UK’s “Piki Reels” club has begun its trip to Karabakh and East Zangazur, APA reports.
Their first stop was at the Fuzuli International Airport, the air gateway to Karabakh.
The group is led by Yves Bouvier, a Belgian national and head of the “Piki Reels” club. The delegation plans to travel by road for three days along the route of Fuzuli-Khojavend-Shusha-Khojaly-Aghdam-Kalbajar-Lachin-Gubadly-Zangilan-Jabrayil.
Note that major international travel clubs have visited Karabakh and East Zangazur 11 times from 2020 to 2024. Over 400 world-class international travelers from more than 50 countries have participated in these visits. The visit by the UK’s “Piki Reels” club marks the 12th trip. These visits are of exceptional importance for promoting the liberated territories within the framework of “black tourism,” as well as showcasing the extensive construction and restoration efforts being undertaken.
