The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to recognize Small Business Week, taking place from October 20 to 26, 2024, and acknowledge the importance of small businesses in the Town and the significance of their contributions to the Town of The Blue Mountains economy.
Small Business Week (October 20 to 26, 2024) is an annual opportunity to recognize the important role of entrepreneurs and small businesses within the Canadian economy.
“The Town is proud to recognize Small Business Week, and we are proud to support the hard-working entrepreneurs that bring so much to our community,” explained Mayor Andrea Matrosovs. “Small businesses help make The Blue Mountains a unique home for residents and destination for visitors, and I’d like to thank them all for playing a vital role in our community.”
The Town would also like to acknowledge the efforts of the Thornbury Business Improvement Area, Blue Mountains Chamber of Commerce, Blue Mountain Village Association and the Clarksburg Village Association, as well as all other business associations and support services, for their commitment to keeping the small business economy thriving throughout The Blue Mountains, Grey County and Simcoe County.
The Town of The Blue Mountains website offers additional resources regarding small businesses, including information on Entrepreneurs & Startups, Business Growth & Support and Business Resources and Associations.
