Intrepid Travel’s first book, ‘The Intrepid List: 100 Uncommon Ways to Change the Way you Travel’ is now available to purchase online and in leading local bookstores.
The book, published by Hardie Grant Explore, shares over 100 stories from around the globe, written by Intrepid’s trip leaders and staff, inspiring readers to discover new destinations and perspectives through responsible travel.

Barnes says this book marks the beginning of an exciting publishing partnership aimed at expanding Intrepid into new verticals and using storytelling to inspire positive change through travel.

The Intrepid List features 10 themed chapters: Food & Drink, Activities & Sports, Wildlife, Nature, Art & Culture, Festivals & Events, Slow Travel, Responsible Travel, Architecture and History.
The first in a series of travel books, Intrepid plans to release two country-specific guidebooks per year in partnership with Hardie Grant Explore from 2025 onwards.
The Intrepid List is available for purchase globally, including in Australia ($45 AUD) and New Zealand ($50 NZD).
