This breakdown is quite impressive.
Tourism in Montana
It’s been booming for years.
Montana sees a high volume of tourists during the summer and winter months.
Tourists come to Montana to check out many different attractions.
There are national and state parks, unique cowboy towns, and ski resorts that will make your mouth drop.
There’s a reason why Montana is called The Last Best Place.
The only problem most tourists have when visiting Montana is where to go, eat, and stay during their time in Big Sky Country.
There’s so much to see and do it can be hard to figure out what to check out.
You might have some help now.
Famous Western Magazine Makes Montana Travel Guide
Having a travel guide can be handy for Montana.
The famous Western magazine Cowboys & Indians made a massive Montana Travel Guide, and it’s impressive.
The magazine breaks down where to eat, sleep, and check out for different areas of Montana.
They have tips for visiting Central, Northwest, and Eastern Montana.
What we are blown away by is Cowboys & Indians Magazine didn’t pick the typical places to visit, eat, or lodge.
The magazine singled out some locally unique spots that are welcoming to everyone.
What we love most is the guide praising small towns that don’t get enough love, like Miles City, Libby, Lewistown, and many others.
It’s fantastic to see a publication have some decent research and not choose places in Bozeman, Missoula, or Whitefish.
Travel Guides for Montana
Travel guides are solid if you need help figuring out what to check out when visiting, but there might be a better solution.
What is it? Ask a local.
Locals know places travel guides don’t know about and restaurants that should be noteworthy.
We must applaud Cowboys & Indians Magazine because this might be the best travel guide we have seen for Montana in years.
