Landon Nicholson, a 10-year-old student from Wellington, Florida, launched a vending machine business at the Wellington Community Center, according to a report by The Town-Crier.
Nicholson’s inspiration for his vending machine business came from an idea he got at one of his sister’s basketball games. Helping work the concession stand, he noticed the demand for quick snacks and drinks, leading his idea to start a vending machine business. With the help of his mother, Nicholson maintains the vending machine, stopping by the Wellington Community Center weekly to restock and check on the machine.
“People seem happy to see a vending machine back,” Nicholson told the news outlet. “I check in every week to keep it full, so everyone has their favorite snacks when they want them.”
