Chandler Fiffick is the director of the EVOLVE Technology program at the Youngstown Business Incubator, which she joined in 2020, bringing a diverse skill set that enhances practices and creates opportunities for YBI portfolio companies.
Her background includes startup operations, nonprofit leadership, design, service and hospitality administration.
Chandler began her career in business operations in the luxury hotel industry in New York City. She then moved to high-end interior design, refining her project management skills with a design firm and a corporate restaurant group in Chicago.
As executive director of the Chicago Music & Performing Arts Foundation, Chandler demonstrated her leadership by helping to establish the nonprofit from the ground up, showcasing her organizational expertise.
Chandler’s unique blend of skills and experiences is set to drive innovation, foster growth and empower the success of portfolio companies, further solidifying YBI’s role as a catalyst for entrepreneurial excellence.
