In a matchup between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, the United States will soon know its next president-elect.

10:45 p.m.
Harris won Virginia, adding 13 votes to her overall count. Trump 230-205.
10:36 p.m.
Harris wins New Mexico, which gives her five electoral votes. Trump 230-192.
10:24 p.m.
Harris wins Oregon adding eight electoral votes to her total. Trump 230-187.
10:19 p.m.
North Carolina, one of the swing states, is called red. Trump receives 16 electoral votes. Trump 230-179.

Three states were called. California is called blue, winning 54 electoral votes. Donald Trump won Idaho, adding four electoral votes to his total. Harris wins Washington with 12 electoral votes. Trump 214-179.
9:46 p.m.
Maine’s 1st Congressional District is called blue. Maine is one of two states, the other being Nebraska, that divides electoral votes with two votes going to the statewide winner and one vote to each district. Harris wins one vote. Trump 210-113.

Iowa is called red, winning Trump another six electoral votes. Trump 210-112.

Trump wins Kansas, adding six electoral votes to his total. Trump 204-112.

Illinois, the home of former President Barack Obama, is called blue, giving 19 electoral votes to Harris. Trump 101-71.

Delaware is called blue, giving Harris three electoral votes. Trump 101-52.

Two states are called, one for blue and one for red. Arkansas is called red, giving Trump six electoral votes, and New Jersey is called blue, giving Harris 14 electoral votes. Trump 101-49.

Ten states were called. Mississippi, South Carolina, Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Florida were called red. Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island were called blue. Trump 95-35.

Three states have been called. Vermont is blue, Indiana is red and Kentucky is red, according to AP News. Vermont accounts for three electoral votes, Indiana accounts for 11 votes and Kentucky has eight. Trump 19-3.
