‘A Star Is Born – Elon’: Donald Trump Praises Tech Tycoon In Victory Speech

Donald Trump is all set to be the next President of the United States.

Donald Trump, who is all set to be the 47th President of the United States, lauded Elon Musk in his victory address describing him as a “new star”.

“We have a new star. A star is born — Elon. He is an amazing guy,” Trump said.

Notably, Musk has endorsed Trump since the beginning of his campaign and also campaigned for him in the race to the White House against Democratic rival Kamala Harris.

Earlier in the evening when the counting of votes was underway giving an edge to Trump over Harris, Musk called America a nation of builders and posted a photo of him carrying a sink, writing “Let That Sink In”.

The photo was a throwback of Musk walking into Twitter headquarters with a sink after he took over the social media platform.

Donald Trump’s victory address

Addressing the supporters at Palm Beach County Convention Center after the picture became largely clearer about the result, Trump said that he would fight for the Americans and their future and that the next four years would be the “golden age of America”.

“This is a political victory that our country has never seen before, nothing like this. I want to thank American people for the extraordinary honour of being elected your 47th President and your 45th President. Every citizen, I will fight for you, for your family and for your future. Every single day, I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body. I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be the golden age of America,” he said.
