(NYSE: ATHM; HKEX: 2518) (“Autohome” or the “Company”), the leading online destination for automobile consumers in China, today announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2024. The Company reported net revenue of RMB1.77 billion for the quarter, with the online marketplace and others business up 3.1% year-over-year, representing a continuously increasing share of net revenue. Revenue from new energy vehicle (“NEV”) brands continued to grow, up 54% year-over-year, consistently outpacing industry sales growth rates. Adjusted net income attributable to Autohome reached RMB497 million.
The Company’s board of directors has approved a cash dividend of US$1.15 per ADS (or US$0.2875 per ordinary share) payable in US dollars (the “Dividend”) to holders of ADSs and ordinary shares of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2024. The aggregate amount of the Dividend will be approximately RMB1 billion and is expected to be paid to holders of ordinary shares and ADS on or around March 14, 2025 and March 19, 2025, respectively.
