FARGO — Nearly 400 local business professionals are spending two days learning how to incorporate faith into their work.
They’re participating in Light Consulting’s first Faith Forward Conference at Hope Lutheran Church in south Fargo.

The founder, Sarah West, says it took nearly two years to plan the event.
On Thursday, Nov. 7, there were eight breakout sessions led by local leaders and keynote speakers were Dr. Henry Cloud and Nick Hall, who addressed topics on managing conflict, leading people and following your dreams, both in work and life.
“We’re hoping people will take away connection and community and that we don’t have to just go to church on Sunday, that we can live that out in our daily lives, at work and at home,” West said.
Friday’s session will start with a worship workshop and end with a panel discussion on wisdom.
