The action will take place in and around Aitken Street, Marwick Street, Walter Street and Appin Road later this month in the Haghill area.
The nature of the filming remains unknown at this time but is believed to be carried out by a company called High Command Productions.
It will cause road closures on Friday, November 22 and also parking restrictions from Thursday and Saturday, 21 to 23.

Milnbank Housing Association posted on Facebook saying: “Tenant Notice: Filming in the Haghill area.
“We have recently been made aware that a production company has sent letters to residents advising that filming will be taking place in and around Aitken Street, Marwick Street, Walter Street and Appin Road later this month.
“This will involve road closures on Friday, November 22 and some parking restrictions from Thursday and Saturday 21 to 23.
“Please be aware that we weren’t involved in the organisation of this and actively raised our concerns about such a project.
“Glasgow City Council has granted a Temporary Traffic Restriction Order (TTRO) to facilitate the road closures and parking restrictions.
“For any questions, please reach out directly to the contacts provided in the letter.”

We previously reported how Scottish actor James McAvoy is to film his directorial debut in Glasgow this month.
California Schemin’ will chart the true story of how two rappers from Dundee pretended to be American and duped the record industry.
The rap duo, Silibil N’ Brains (real names Gavin Bain and Billy Boyd), embarked on a remarkable journey that saw them rap alongside Eminem, party backstage with Madonna and be tipped as among the next generation of rising stars.
California Schemin’ is based on Bain’s autobiography of the same name, which was later reprinted as Straight Outta Scotland and adapted into 2013 SXSW documentary The Great Hip Hop Hoax.
Glasgow-born star McAvoy will take on a supporting role in the movie, which will be led by BAFTA-nominated actor Samuel Bottomley and Séamus McLean Ross, whose credits include TV thriller Payback, Rebus and Outlander: Blood Of My Blood.
We also sent our photographer to catch film crews in the West End of Glasgow for season two of The Buccaneers – an f890s New York drama – seems to have officially kicked off in Kelvin Way.
Filming for the first season took place for 10 days in Glasgow city centre in July 2022, at which time it had been dubbed Debutante.
The series is based on Edith Wharton’s final and unfinished novel, The Buccaneers.
