Halle Berry was spotted with Chris Hemsworth on the set of their upcoming movie Crime 101 on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
The 58-year-old actress — who appeared on social media with a Halloween post last week — gave the 41-year-old Australian actor a friendly hug during a moment when they weren’t filming.
Halle was clad in skintight cranberry-colored leggings, an oversize tan sweatshirt, and black clogs.
For his part, Chris wore a black crew neck T-shirt with matching trousers and sneakers.
The Catwoman star had her hands full as she carried a water bottle and her phone while wrapping an arm around Chris.
She appeared to go makeup-free and her golden brown bob haircut was styled in a side part and loose waves.
During other moments she took to the beach in Venice, wearing a leopard-print blouse and black pencil skirt.
She went barefoot while holding a pair of black heels as well as a cellular device as she walked through the sand.
The silver screen siren wore a light face of makeup as the film crew surrounded her while they got to work on the Amazon MGM Studios thriller.
In between takes, the mother-of-two kept warm in a full-length, brown North Face coat.
In early October the Oscar winner was revealed by Deadline to be in negotiations to join the movie adaptation of Don Winslow’s book Crime 101, which was published in 2021.
Bart Layton is directing the film, which will be a follow-up to his 2018 crime/thriller American Animals.
In addition to Halle and Chris, Irish actor Barry Keoghan will also star in the project.
Winslow’s narrative follows organized jewelry thefts happening along the Pacific Coast, which law enforcement officials have traced to Colombian cartels.
However, one detective in particular discovers a different lead, and hones in on one suspect.
In addition to helming the film, Layton wrote the script with help from Peter Straughan.
Shane Salerno of Story Factory, Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan of Working Title, plus Dimitri Doganis, Derrin Schlesinger and Layton (RAW) serve as producer, according to Deadline.
And Joely Fether is the executive producer.
Pedro Pascal was in conversations to join the cast last year but could not fulfill the role due to scheduling conflicts.
Hemsworth also has a producer credit along with his business partner Ben Grayson.
Halle most most recently appeared in The Union, Netflix’s PG-13 action/thriller with Mark Wahlberg, which began streaming in August.
She runs the production company HalleHolly, which has produced the Lionsgate thriller Never Let Go, and will soon begin work on Maude Vs. Maude and The Process.
