One of the suspects told an employee, “We are gonna come back every day,” according to police.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for two people they said stole $1,300 in clothes from a business.
JSO said the suspect’s names are Phildasha Givens and Eric Banks. The location of the business was not released.
When Givens left the business she told employees, “We are gonna come back every day,” according to police.
“(The suspects) decided a five-finger discount was appropriate as we approach the Holiday Season. Trust me, we understand it’s also ‘#cuffingseason,’ but you can do plenty of other activities throughout the city as a couple,” the sheriff’s office stated in a social media post.
They fled the scene in a red Chevy pickup and arrest warrants have been issued.
Anyone having any information on the location of the suspects is asked to contact JSO at 904-630-0500 or [email protected]. To remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward of up to $3,000, contact First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
