Stephanie Gaffney is the Youngstown Business Incubator’s vice president of advanced manufacturing.
Stephanie brings over 26 years of engineering program management experience to YBI, making her a vital asset to the team. She has significant expertise with a technology transition grant focused on integrating additive manufacturing into small and medium-size manufacturers. She has managed $80 million in unclassified R&D projects throughout her career, addressing urgent operational needs across industry, military, academia and nonprofits.
Her experience includes participating in business model war games in the aerospace sector, which enhances her strategic planning insights. As program manager for the Maturation of Additive Manufacturing for Low-Cost Sustainment project funded by America Makes, she has successfully overseen various state and federally-funded projects.
