In the movie, Josh is a 12-year-old in a grown man’s body. He gets a job and develops a romantic relationship with his coworker, Susan.
In 2021, Elizabeth Perkins, who played Susan, told Page Six, “We don’t see them having sex, but he does take my shirt off. Actually, I take my shirt off and he touches my breast, then we cut to the elevator door opening and he’s got a big smile on his face. We never say, ‘Oh, they slept together,’ but they definitely fooled around. [Today] they wouldn’t have shown that at all. I think we’re in a different time. I’m totally on board with that.”
