BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Multiple local groups are celebrating being honored at the Kentucky Travel Industry Association Fall Conference in Covington.
The conference offered tourism and travel establishments the chance to explore even more of the hospitality and tourism industry.
In total, Downtown BGKY won seven awards, including the following:
- Silver for the Light Up BGKY website from Sublime Media Group.
- Bronze for Duncan Hines Days Duckin Reels with Vid Monster and its PSA by WNKY.
- Bronze for the Inaugural Light Up BGKY destination management, vintage postcard, poster and billboard.
In addition, the group says awards also went to the Historic RailPark and Train Museum and Visit BGKY.
Visit BGKY’s Sherry Murphy received the Mangeot-Oaken Distinguished Service Award for her impact on the area’s tourism industry.
