Whether you’re planning on travelling with your pals, going on a family trip, or heading off on a romantic adventure – an expert astrologer has warned that there are two combinations of star signs that should avoid travelling with each other, as far as humanly possible.
Inbaal Honigman – a leading astrologer speaking on behalf of Psychic World – has warned that these combinations could easily lead to conflict and research has shown that the upcoming festive period is one of those most tense times to go on holiday, with couples most likely to break up on 11 December.
Whether you’re a die-hard believer in star signs or a little bit of a skeptic, if you’re planning a holiday that will involve either of these combinations – you might want to give it a second thought.

The first combination that the expert claims should avoid travelling together is fire signs Leos and water signs Scorpios. Whilst there are many ways in which Leos and Scorpios can enjoy passion and excitement in their connections, holidays may bring too much of a spotlight to their innate differences. “Leos are early to bed and early to rise, whereas Scorpios are night owls. Leos also love to tick off the big tourist spots, and Scorpio prefers to look for unknown, mysterious corners,” claims the expert.
So if you’re heading off on a trip with this combination, try and make sure you leave space for each other’s differences and prioritise compromising on each other’s preferences – whether that’s hunting out underground spots for cocktails or visiting major landmarks.
The second combination that Inbaal believes should avoid travelling together is the Capricorn and Aquarius star signs. Capricorn’s love of luxury and more rigid personality is in stark contrast to the innovation of an Aquarius, and from start to finish, this pair may be looking for totally different things on a holiday.
“Even booking a trip won’t be easy,” Inbaal says. “With Capricorn asking to go to the hippest, most ‘happening’ destination, and Aquarius will be searching for more low-key, less visited locations. Capricorn would love to spot some celebrities, and Aquarius is interested in conversations with the regulars at the local independent shops.
“Capricorn is a lover of luxury and opulence and likes to travel in style, taxi please! Aquarius favours budget travel, meeting the most elderly locals and keeping it real on the public bus.”
