American tourist accused of vandalizing shrine gate in Japan

Authorities have arrested an American tourist in Tokyo, Japan, they say he vandalized a gate at a local shrine. Steve Hayes, 65, is facing property damage charges after being accused of carving letters with his fingernails into a pillar.
