MONROE, La. (KNOE) – Louisiana Tech kept its bowl hopes alive with a stunning win away from home at Western Kentucky today.
The Hilltoppers came in unbeaten in Conference USA play, and the Bulldogs hadn’t won an away game since September of last year.
The Bulldogs defense held WKU to just 215 total yards, and kicker Buck Buchanan was 4/5 on field goal attempts to lead Sonny Cumbie to his second ever away win as head coach.
