The Miami Book Fair is celebrating its 40th year this month.
Running from Nov. 17-24, the event will bring together literary lovers, authors and educators for a full week of panels, workshops, and book signings. There are six book talks and a block party to celebrate opening day.
This year, the fair is focusing on cultural diversity, storytelling, and the power of books in communities. Featured works range from fiction, to poetry and children’s literature.
Attendees can enjoy interactive exhibits, writing workshops and a space for local authors to showcase their work, with a special emphasis on Latinx authors and other literary voices from diverse backgrounds.
