ACQUISITIONS
SBPI Graphics, Earth City, Missouri, acquired joint providers of wide format graphics and digital printing Kopytek and Print it Big!, St. Louis, Missouri. The rebranded company operates now as Print it Big!, powered by SBPI Graphics.
St. Louis-based digital marketing agency Elasticity, acquired Fetch & Funnel, a Boston-based marketing and media-buying firm. Elasticity retained the Fetch & Funnel staff.
The Associated General Contractors of Missouri cited PARIC teams for construction excellence in two midtown St. Louis neighborhoods: the Kings Hill Redevelopment team received the Construction Keystone award; the Butler Brothers Building renovation team received the Keystone Finalist award.

The Associated General Contractors of Missouri membership voted Grant Masonry Contracting, Fenton, as its Specialty Contractor of the Year for masonry services. This is the company’s seventh time for the first-place award.

Delta Dental of Missouri awarded oral health grants to 11 organizations focused on improving oral health through educational programs and charitable causes. The St. Louis area organizations funded were: Give Kids A Smile, $30,000; We Care Mobile Dental Foundation, $25,000 grant; and the American Diabetes Association, $10,000.
Washington University School of Medicine and BJC Health System, both located in St. Louis, Missouri, launched the joint Center for Health AI. The center is the first major initiative of the WashU Medicine and BJC collaboration finalized earlier this year.
