Jamshedpur: Students of D.B.M.S. College of Education visited Jamshedpur Book Fair under the guidance of college officials, including Secretary Shripriya Dharmarajan, Co-Secretary Sudha Dilip, member Padma Shiva, and Vice-Principal Dr. Monica Uppal.
During the visit, students explored a variety of books, focusing primarily on literature, education, teaching methodologies, and competitive exam preparation. Many students purchased books related to their areas of interest, showcasing a continued enthusiasm for physical books despite the availability of digital resources.
The college management also took the opportunity to acquire teaching-related books for the library to enhance academic resources. Library President Kajal Mahato, along with teachers Dr. Surina Bhullar Singh, Archana Kumari, Gayatri Kumari, Poonam Kumari, Kanchan Kumari, Amrita Chaudhary, and Birendra Pandey, accompanied the students.
The visit emphasized the importance of books in fostering learning and professional development for future educators.
