After five years, the Poke Noke at the Folsom Palladio shopping center closed its doors. The brand says poke bowls are available at its Fair Oaks Boulevard location.
FOLSOM, Calif. — Poke Noke, a Sacramento-based restaurant with Hawaiian cuisine, said last week it closed its Folsom location.
On Nov. 18, the small business took to Instagram to say it’s closing after five years in operation along Palladio Parkway, between Amazing Lash Studio and Back Bistro.
“It’s been a good 5 years,” the restaurant wrote in its post. “We send a huge appreciation to all of our Folsom Palladio patrons and hope to see anyone craving our poke bowls at our Arden location…Much love and mahalo!”
The Sacramento location at 2254 Fair Oaks Blvd., located just outside the Arden-Arcade boundary, is the sole other Poke Noke establishment, according to the organization’s website.
According to LinkedIn, Lyon Real Estate realtor Jimmy Khov owns and operates the brand. He opened the Sacramento location in 2017, according to The State Hornet.
Khov has also run Miyagi Bar & Sushi — in the Lyon Village Shopping Center down the street from the first Poke Noke — since 2002, his LinkedIn page says.
Both Khov and Palladio management did not respond Monday to ABC10’s requests for comment, though this story will be updated with any responses provided.
