The Route 29 Business Beatification Committee, in partnership with the Amherst County Chamber of Commerce, is presenting the first Annual Deck the Corridor contest.
Businesses and residents on the Route 29 Business Corridor are invited to decorate their business. The judges will review properties along Route 29 Business, from Cedar Gate Road to the James River.
Route 29 Business Beautification Committee members will judge registered entries between Dec. 16 and Dec. 18. Prizes are:
- 1st Place: 1 Month of local radio ads, 1st place plaque, 1 free year membership to the Chamber of Commerce and a Deck the Corridor Award Sign.
- 2nd place: 1 free year membership to the Chamber of Commerce and Deck the Corridor Award Sign.
- 3rd Place: 1 free year membership to the Chamber of Commerce and a Deck the Corridor Award Sign
