A new business for the region is now open inside of the Mercer Mall.
The Mercer Mall announced that Five Below is now open to the public. It is located inside the mall near JcPenney.
The new national discount chain offers a wide range of products from $1 to $5 and beyond.
According to the company’s website, Five Below is a leading high-growth value retailer offering trend-right, high-quality products with most items priced between $1 and $5.
The company’s website adds Five Below offers products ranging from style, sports, pet supplies, books, toys and games, arts and craft, tech, party, candy and more.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Philadelphia, Pa., Five Below has more than 1,700 stores in 43 states.
According to the Mercer Mall, the store had a soft opening last week, including this past weekend where large crowds checked out the new store.
Other new stores that have recently opened at the mall include Unchartered Adventures, Mefcor Outdoors and Casual Comforts.
According to the mall’s Facebook page, Santa Claus also will be arriving on Saturday, Nov. 30.
The mall said it is also planning a Santa Paws evening for guests to bring their pets to see and be photographed with Santa, the Facebook page said.
