Hubby partners with Nezasa to integrate eSims into travel itineraries, enhancing traveler connectivity and potentially increasing sales for B2B clients.
AMSTERDAM, HOLLAND – Hubby – the worldwide mobile internet solution for travel sellers and travel providers to keep customers connected in-destination – has confirmed a partnership with Nezasa, whose technology allows companies to easily manage itineraries for hundreds of thousands of travellers each year from start to finish.
Through this partnership, Nezasa’s customers will have the ability to offer eSims to their travellers, either as a free add-on to improve the traveller experience or a paid upsell that will enable them to increase basket size.
The seamless customer journey completely removes barriers to adopt for Nezasa’s B2B customers, allowing integration via Nezasa’s Sourcing API to give customers access to a white-label eSim environment.
Such enviroments are known to increase brand loyalty, as including a Hubby eSIM in a package has been shown to increase NPS by 15%. That’s because 92% of people that use the Hubby eSIM said they experienced a better travel experience because of it.
Offering internet connectivity – via an e-sim that can be downloaded – can often help with sales conversion meaning that some B2B clients use it to increase basket size and share of wallet. Nonetheless most of Hubby’s B2B-partners position the solution as a value-add, rolling the small cost over into the total package.
Thijs van de Wijk, Founder & CEO of Hubby, comments:“The winners in travel the next 10 years are the ones that prioritize building the best experiences, and Nezasa is leading the pack with their innovative trip technology – so we’re honoured to be partnering with such a pioneer. Often tour operators don’t have time to integrate but through this partnership with Nezasa, the B2B partners really only have to decide: yes (so how much data?) or no, let’s ignore the problem.”
Manuel Hilty, CEO of Nezasa adds: “Nezasa’s powerful API allows us to strategically partner with key providers like eHubby to deliver added value to our customers. By integrating eSIM capabilities, we’re providing our customers with a unique value proposition that improves their travellers experience, strengthening customer relationships and fostering long-term loyalty.”
This partnership with eHubby marks a significant milestone in Nezasa’s growing interconnected apps ecosystem, showcasing its commitment to innovative collaborations that will reshape the industry.
