Fayette County, WV (WOAY)—The West Virginia Hive and New River Gorge Regional Development Authority (NRGRDA) is seeking the community’s feedback on a new Food Incubation Hub.
NRGRDA and WV Hive have created demand and location surveys to gauge the public’s interest and hear their ideas.
The hub’s location has not been decided yet, but the Hive confirms it will be in Fayette County.
The WV Hive plans to use the hub to address a lack of business development support for food businesses, such as access to commercial kitchen spaces.
The food incubation hub will provide a commercial kitchen large enough for 10 to 12 businesses, small wares, and catering supplies.
The Hive will provide the hub with business support services, including one-on-one business advising, technical assistance, and specialized food management training.
Visit wvhive.com to access the surveys.
