Actress Lindsay Lohan’s latest holiday romcom, Our Little Secret, has just premiered on Netflix, marking her third film with the streaming giant in two years. The movie, which was released on November 27, tells the tale of bitter exes Avery (Lohan) and Logan (Ian Harding) who find themselves spending Christmas together after discovering their new partners are siblings.
Despite having a successful career with popular comedies like Mean Girls and The Parent Trap, Lohan‘s recent films have received mixed reviews, with some fans labeling them as “dreadful”. As audiences tune into the 38-year-old’s newest film, let’s take a look at what they had to say about her previous Netflix romance dramas.

After a brief hiatus from acting, Lohan made her return to the small screen with this amnesia-themed romance. The plot follows hotel heiress Sierra Belmont (Lohan), who suffers memory loss after a skiing accident and ends up under the care of a handsome lodge owner.
Co-starring Glee’s Chord Overstreet, the film was eagerly awaited by the pair’s large fanbases. However, upon its release, it received mixed reactions from fans and critics alike, reports the Manchester Evening News.
While Rotten Tomatoes critics gave the comedy a decent 62% rating, praising it for being warm and cheery, fans were less forgiving. One viewer gave the drama half a star, writing: “It doesn’t work on any level (acting, directing, script…).”
One viewer’s tongue-in-cheek critique admitted: “Horrible but so bad it’s funny. Has enough heart-warming feel-good ‘Christmas’ vibes to keep it entertaining.”
Yet another audience member chimed in with: “Predictable but heart-warming. A great holiday feel-good movie!”
Irish Wish

Lindsay Lohan returned to her magical roots in this fantasy comedy reminiscent of her Freaky Friday days. The plot circles Maddie as she finds herself secretly pining over the soon-to-be husband of her best friend.
In a twist of fate spurred by a wish for love, Maddie wakes up in the bride-to-be’s shoes, only to discover that her infatuation may have been a little off the mark.
Scoring a sour 1.9 stars on Letterboxd, Irish Wish received its fair share of critical bashing, although Lohan’s presence seemed to work its usual charm. As one enthusiast put it: “If Lindsay Lohan is involved…I’ll be watching, even if it’s another bad Netflix romcom.”
Echoing the playful spirit, a critic declared: “One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen, loved every minute of it!”
But IMDB opinions were less forgiving. One fan bluntly proposed: “Dreadful if you find a copy of this movie, send it to someone you hate. Ireland should declare war on all those involved in this awfulness.”
