ACQUISITION
Technology Partners based in St. Louis, Missouri, acquired Ouellette & Associates, Chesterfield, Missouri, for a combined 70 years in the IT industry developing talent recruitment, custom software, data management and AI-driven solutions.
HELPING OUT
Bank of America donated $25,000 to Operation Food Search to support its Nourishing Healthy Starts — a program that provides pregnant women and their families with weekly fresh groceries, cooking classes and other resources.
Delta Dental of Missouri donated $25,000 to the We Care Mobile Dental Foundation to support salaries for staff delivering free dental care to individuals with low incomes at assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes and adult daycares in St. Louis, St. Louis County and St. Charles County.

Equine-Assisted Therapy, Wildwood, Missouri, received a $10,000 grant from the KFC Foundation’s Kentucky Fried Wishes program to purchase two additional therapy horses. Equine-Assisted uses horsemanship to enrich the lives of people faced with mental, physical or psychological challenges. In 2024, $1 million was granted to 100 U.S. non-profit organizations, through the KFC Foundation program.
The IBEW/NECA Electrical Connection donated $2,500 and hosted the U.S. Probation Officers Holiday Giving Event for parolees and their families. More than 100 families and 300 children were served dinner and gifts. Children ages 4 to 10 each received new bikes and helmets.
Hoyleton Youth and Family Services opened a six-cottage residential campus in Hoyleton, Illinois, to provide a therapeutic living environment for youth in the foster care system. Impact Strategies, TWM Engineering and Hurford Architects collaborated in the three-phase project’s planning, design and construction.
