Veuron Technology, a specialist in LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) solutions, announced on December 26 that it will participate in the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2025), taking place from January 7-10, in Las Vegas, USA, to globally debut its zero-cost LiDAR solution, VueX.
VueX is an innovative platform based on Veuron’s powerful LiDAR perception solutions, designed to provide customers with all necessary LiDAR solutions quickly and accurately. At the exhibition, Veuron will showcase yet another innovation following its previously demonstrated autonomous driving and smart infrastructure LiDAR solutions.
As the prices of LiDAR sensors decrease and their performance stabilizes, there is an increasing demand from various companies for LiDAR solutions. However, achieving the desired performance in specific environments requires significant resources for model development, data processing, model training, and deployment.
With VueX, customers will be able to access top-tier LiDAR solutions easily, swiftly, and with resources close to zero. It is expected that VueX will revolutionize the existing paradigm of LiDAR products with its innovative approach.
According to Veuron, visitors to their booth at CES 2025 will have the opportunity to experience the zero-cost LiDAR solution VueX and the enhanced LiDAR perception solution for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) through live vehicle demonstrations. Veuron’s booth will be located at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) in the Mobility Hall, booth 3860.
Additionally, Veuron’s booth will feature a large media tower where attendees can explore various applications firsthand. A total of 35 applications will showcase how Veeran’s robust autonomous driving solution, VueOne, and smart infrastructure solution, VueTwo, are actively implemented and utilized by global customers.
Meanwhile, to accelerate its technology development, Veuron recently succeeded in raising 22 billion won in a Series A funding round from Shinhan Venture Investment, TS Investment, and IBK Industrial Bank, achieving a total investment of 33 billion won. This funding will be used for research and development (R&D) and global market expansion, enhancing its competitiveness in the autonomous driving ecosystem.
“At CES 2025, we will not only showcase upgrades to existing solutions but also demonstrate how future-oriented technologies like VueX can bring about change,” said Veuron CEO Kim Jae-kwang. “We aim to open new possibilities in the LiDAR solution market by combining innovative technology with market demands.”
