FORT MYERS, Fla. – Business owner Joe Strada voiced his frustration with Biden-era regulations, arguing that excessive red tape hinders progress and burdens business owners striving to contribute to society.
“There’s no question,” Strada said during an interview on Florida’s Voice with Drew Steele. “I mean, just regulations. And, you know, the typical person talks about red tape and regulations, but you don’t really know how it affects the common person in society. But as a businessman, red tape and regulations are costly. It’s time, it’s everything, and it just prevents progress.”

Strada acknowledged the intended purpose of regulations but argued they have gone too far under the current administration.
“You know, there’s supposed to be some good behind regulations, to regulate you but to a point,” he said. “When you strap business owners and people trying to conduct business to make it better in society, now you’re causing more harm than good.”
Strada’s comments reflect broader concerns among small business owners who feel overburdened by federal policies, which they argue stifle innovation and economic growth.
