The much-awaited trailer of Vidaamuyarchi, starring Ajith Kumar in the lead role, is all yours now! The makers unveiled the power-packed trailer of the action thriller, on social media on Saturday. In addition to this, the team also announced the release date as well.

Vidaamuyarchi will see the maiden collaboration of Ajith Kumar with filmmaker Magizh Thirumeni. The film is touted to be an action thriller and is produced by Lyca Productions banner. On Thursday, January 16, the makers released the much-awaited trailer of the film on social media.
The trailer begins with a car chase and collision, somewhere in a deserted road. We are then introduced to the lead couple, with Trisha and Ajith sharing some lovable moments. There is a visible emotional turmoil going in between them, and we are also shown Arjun and Regina playing a couple. The trailer begins to tease a potential conflict between the two parties, with a problem brewing between them. The trailer is filled with plenty of action and thrilling moments, in the film which looks like a road action drama.
Vidaamuyarchi stars Trisha as the female lead, reuniting once again with Ajith Kumar after Yennai Arindhal. The film also stars Regina Cassandra, Arjun Sarja, Aarva, and others in important roles. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music for the film for which the cinematography is done by Om Prakash.

Vidaamuyarchi release date
Initially, the Ajith Kumar-starrer was expected to release on January 10. However, the producers backed off 10 days ahead and postponed the release. Now, along with the trailer, the release date of the film has been announced as February 6.
Vidaamuyarchi has been certified U/A and has a runtime of 2 hours and 30 minutes. The post-theatrical streaming rights of Vidaamuyarchi have been bagged by Netflix.
