Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company have signed an agreement to collaborate on a comprehensive corporate transformation initiative that will use artificial intelligence (AI) to “reinvent how Meiji Yasuda’s workforce operates.”
Under the multi-year agreement, until March 2030, Accenture will help Meiji Yasuda augment its employees with digital technologies, “including AI-enabled digital assistants, to help maximize employee productivity and innovation.”

Accenture will use a range of technologies including generative AI and agentic AI to help Meiji Yasuda “transition to a data-driven management platform.”
The platform that can respond to customer needs and changes in the market environment, will allow “AI-enabled digital assistants to help the company’s people deliver personalized insurance recommendations to customers.”
Accenture will help Meiji Yasuda implement an enterprise-wide training program to build digital and AI skills proficiency, including “developing 300 future leaders who can drive these initiatives in the long term, supporting Meiji Yasuda’s sustainable growth.”
A key focus of the collaboration will be the development of AI-enabled digital assistants that “provide personalized support to each employee, across different business functions.”
The companies developed and launched the “MY Palette” agent, an AI-enabled digital assistant that instantly analyzes “diverse data such as customer attributes, preferences, and local event information to advise Meiji Yasuda’s salespeople on optimal communication strategies.”
It simplifies the input of information during customer visits, “minimizing the workload for salespeople and improving service delivery and satisfaction.”
MY Palette is being used by approximately “36,000 salespeople nationwide and will be extended to all Meiji Yasuda employees in the future.”
This AI-led reinvention effort will leverage Accenture’s Center for Advanced AI, tapping into “the company’s data and AI solutions and assets, domain and functional experts, and its network of ecosystem partners to accelerate Meiji Yasuda’s large-scale and company-wide transformation.”
