Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, and Nita Ambani, chairperson of Reliance Foundation, recently attended a pre-swearing-in dinner organised for US President-elect Donald Trump in Washington, DC. The couple was seen alongside prominent Indian entrepreneurs, including Aishwarya Bansal, co-founder of Smart World Developers. Other notable attendees included Pankaj Bansal, Managing Director of M3M Developers, and Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers.
Aishwarya Bansal also expressed admiration for Trump, stating, “You are an inspiration in business and life. Looking forward to your Presidency!”
Who is Aishwarya Bansal?
Aishwarya Bansal, co-founder of Smart World Developers, is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. She has been involved in her family’s real estate business at M3M India Pvt Ltd.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she is a mother of two and actively collaborates with NGOs as a Trustee of M3M Foundation, supporting disaster relief efforts and humanitarian aid, such as contributions to Nepal Earthquake victims and Kerala flood relief. She is also involved in the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaign.
Bansal has also funded 200 rural schools as part of the Ekal Vidyalaya initiative and was honored by the Nirbhaya Jyoti Trust in 2018 for her contributions to society. She is also a member of several prestigious organisations, including YFLO, CII, and ASSOCHAM.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Harvard Business School.
Donald Trump inauguration day
Donald Trump will officially take office as the 47th President of the United States on Monday, January 20. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at the US Capitol Hill at 12:00 pm ET (10:30 pm IST) and will be attended by global leaders, business icons, and other dignitaries.
