Donald Trump was inaugurated as the 47th president of the United States of America on Monday, and before the day was over, he had already signed executive orders that clearly violate the U.S. Constitution.
Trump wants to end birthright citizenship, which is clearly spelled out in the 14th Amendment. Trump won the 2024 election fair and square, but that doesn’t mean the Constitution no longer applies to him.
