A Popular Nigerian filmmaker Kabiesi Ademola popularly known as Ademola Taofik has described his movies as an inspiration for diverse experiences in Nigeria.
Speaking with Tribune Online on Wednesday, Kabiesi highlighted the projects as AbujaTaxi, Living On Rent, Finding Love Abuja and so many others.
According to him, these experiences engendered his international spotlight with the official selection of his short film, LUST BIND at the prestigious Lift-Off Film Festival Sessions.
He said LUST BIND is a testament to his evolving legacy in Nigerian and international cinema, adding that it is set to be screened at The Pinewood Studios Group venues in the UK, US, and Canada.
Ademola harped on the movie’s reflection of his artistry and deep understanding of storytelling, solidifying his reputation as a visionary in the industry.
“My movies are inspired by diverse experiences in Nigeria.
“AbujaTaxi, Living On Rent, Finding Love Abuja and so many others are products of the inspiration.
“These experiences birthed my international spotlight with the official selection of my short film, LUST BIND at the prestigious Lift-Off Film Festival Sessions.
“On Lust Bind, it is a testament to evolving legacy in Nigerian and international cinema, adding that it is set to be screened at The Pinewood Studios Group venues in the UK, US, and Canada,” he said.
