TULSA, Okla. — A movie shot here in Green Country premiered in south Tulsa at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center.
Forgotten Fortune is about a retired mailman struggling with dementia who witnesses a murder, leading him to unravel a mystery surrounding his friend’s death and a fortune he made years ago.
At Friday’s screening, actor Lou Ferrigno discussed what it was like to film a movie in the Tulsa metro.
“We had a great crew here and I’ve always wanted to film here in Tulsa,” said Ferrigno. “I know they are filming Tulsa King with Stallone, but I filmed all over the world, different parts of the world, and I enjoy filming here because it’s a great town and I had a great time.”
Forgotten Fortune was filmed in locations in both Tulsa and Sapulpa.
