BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – People living in Baton Rouge have an exciting opportunity coming up to share their love of comic books with others.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Library System is hosting the annual Mid City Micro-Con event. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, at the Main Library at Goodwood.
Organizers said the purpose of the event is to celebrate diverse and inclusive comics, creators, and fans. Throughout the day, attendees will get the chance to participate in workshops with content creators, sign up for the library’s Cosplay Show and Tell, and more.
Below is a schedule of activities taking place throughout the day during Mid City Micro-Con.
