Landlord on OTT: Duniya Vijay-Raj B Shetty’s film gets streaming partner?

Landlord was one of the first star-led films of 2026 to hit theatres. The film, directed by Jadeshaa K Hampi, whose previous works include Gentleman and Guru Shishyaru, apart from writing credits on Kaatera, had Duniya Vijay in the lead, with Raj B Shetty the main antagonist. Much like Darshan’s Kaatera , which was about oppression of marginalized communities by the rich and powerful, Landlord toed a similar line, but did not even remotely get the kind of box office reception that the former did. The film is likely to be available to stream shortly; it will be available via OTTplay Premium too.

Going by the on or before 30-day window, Landlord should land on the streamer by February 20, 2026, but the platform’s got Kaatera director Tharun Sudhir’s production, the web series Raakshasa coming out that day. A week later is the best bet as of now, with February 27, 2026, a likely date.
