The Foreign Office has issued travel advisories for 76 countries due to the Middle East conflict, with warnings ranging from complete travel bans to regional advisories
Travellers have been cautioned against visiting dozens of nations due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)’s advisory, which receives continuous updates, encompasses popular tourist destinations including Thailand, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. Over the weekend, flights to and from Dubai, located in the United Arab Emirates, were grounded, leaving holidaymakers unable to return home.
Keir Starmer has emphasised that the UK Government will work to protect British citizens overseas. Nevertheless, his FCDO officials have identified 76 countries that Britons should steer clear of temporarily owing to the hostilities.

Out of 226 nations or territories featured on foreign travel guidance pages, 76 currently contain designated no-go areas.
Substantial sections of Middle Eastern airspace have remained shut. Multiple carriers, including British Airways, have confirmed they are “closely monitoring the situation” and have scrapped “a number of our flights to the Middle East”, reports the Mirror.
