The Indore International Film Festival (IIFF), established in 2015, is held in the central Indian city of Indore. The festival recognises the contributions of filmmakers and creative professionals, including producers, directors, writers, actors, cinematographers, and short film creators.
IIFF aims to celebrate the art of filmmaking with an emphasis on short films, which organisers say foster creativity, independence, and innovative storytelling.
Anupam Kher has been a prominent figure in Indian cinema for over four decades, debuting with ‘Saaransh’ in 1984. He has appeared in more than 500 films, delivering notable performances across various genres.
Looking ahead, Kher will feature in ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla 2,’ the sequel to the 2006 film directed by Dibakar Banerjee, as well as in the forthcoming film ‘Fauzi,’ starring Prabhas.
