A 41-year-old Thunder Bay woman has been arrested in connection with last week’s robbery at a business on the city’s outskirts.
City police said a woman toting a firearm appeared at a John Street Road business on the night of Sept. 13, threatened a staff member and demanded cash before fleeing the scene.
Officers were initially unable to locate the accused, but she was arrested on Tuesday, a Thunder Bay Police Service news release said.
She was charged with robbery, disguise with intent and pointing a firearm, the release said.
Amanda Eaves was remanded into custody and is to appear in court at a later date, the release said.
None of the charges have been proven in court.
