A tourist kiosk next to Blackpool Tower is up for sale for an incredible price.
The stall, located next to the JD Wetherspoon on The Promenade, has been put on the market for £10,000, with the stall selling buckets and spades for families making their way to the beach along with other tat. The kiosk sells Blackpool fridge magnets as well as it targets the 20 million holidaymakers who visit the Lancashire town every year.
Pink cowgirl hats are seen in the kiosk, with hen and stag parties often opting for a trip to the coastal resort each year and the two-metre square retail kiosk is up for grabs. The kiosk sees heavy foot traffic, with custom coming from passers-by thanks to its ideal location.
The kiosk is described as an investment opportunity for buyers who are looking to profit from the tourism that floods the town. The stall is offered on a fresh 999-year-long leasehold basis, as reported by Luxury Property News.
It will feature at an auction on October 17 at the Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham.
