I moved away from Montana briefly in my twenties so I know what it can feel like to be in a place that has a different environment than what you are used to.

When I lived in Washington, it never felt quite like home which is why I ended up moving back to Montana and I am so glad I did. Sometimes we get so mad at people for moving here we forget there are good reasons to move to Montana that we might not think about.

Then there are the tourists. Usually they can be easy to spot depending on the area like Yellowstone or Glacier but in places like Great Falls a tourist may just be passing through on their way to a national park.
